I ran across a picture from a school visit working with middle school students. We spent several days writing and creating songs tied in with their curriculum and working on test preparation tips. Here’s the picture as we incorporate math and music! The students were terrific and enjoyed working on musical memory prompts.

It seems like just yesterday I was singing with students at Rio Grande Elementary School in Terre Haute. Tonight I read a message from a former Rio Grande student telling me that she saw me during school programs when she was younger. Even better, she said that she still remembers some of the songs from my visits. What a compliment to know that my music resonates with others even though many years have passed! She made me smile!
